Ingredients:


  1. Turmeric powder: 1 teaspoon
  2. Chickpea flour (besan): 2 tablespoons
  3. Raw honey: 1 teaspoon
  4. Rose water or plain water: As needed to make a paste

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, mix turmeric powder and chickpea flour (besan) thoroughly.
  2. Add raw honey to the mixture and mix well.
  3. Slowly add rose water or plain water to the mixture until you achieve a smooth paste-like consistency.
  4. Cleanse your face with a gentle cleanser and pat it dry with a clean towel.
  5. Apply the prepared face pack evenly on your face and neck, avoiding the delicate eye area.
  6. Leave the face pack on for about 15-20 minutes or until it dries completely.
  7. Once dry, gently rinse off the face pack with lukewarm water.
  8. Pat your skin dry with a soft towel and follow up with your favorite moisturizer.

This face pack combines the antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties of turmeric with the exfoliating and skin-brightening effects of chickpea flour. Honey adds moisturizing properties, while rose water helps to tone and refresh the skin. Use this face pack once or twice a week for best results.
